Chocolate Protein Baked Oatmeal

Easy to make with only 5 simple ingredients. This chocolate protein baked oatmeal is healthy and delicious. It’s like eating dessert for breakfast. Perfect to make ahead for those busy mornings. Gluten free, vegan, oat free.

Ingredients

  • 160 grams Rice flakes or rolled oats
  • 50 grams Vegan protein powder
  • 30 grams Cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 litre Non dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Pre oven to 180c

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

  3. Add non dairy milk. Give it a good stir to make sure there isn't any lumps of protein powder or cacao powder left.

  4. Pour mixture into a deep rectangle baking dish. Cover with tin foil and bake at 180c for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and take the tin foil off. Put the oatmeal back in the oven for 5- 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and leave to cool if your using this for meal prep. Or serve immediately and then store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days,
