Chocolate Avocado Brownies (GF, DF, RFS)

Chocolate avocado brownies that are so soft and decadent. Whilst being super easy to make with only 8 simple ingredients and one bowl YAY! Gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free these are healthy enough to eat for breakfast.

  • 100 grams Avocado
  • 50 grams 70% dark chocolate
  • 40 grams Almond flour
  • 30 grams Cacao
  • 30 grams Natvia sweetener
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda


  1. Pre heat to oven 175c 

  2. In a medium sized bowl mash up the avocado.

  3. Roughly chop up your dark chocolate.

  4. Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine everything together until you get a thick batter. 

  5. Scoop batter into a grease proof lined small deep baking tray. Bake at 175 for 10-12 minutes. 

  6. Remove from oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes in the baking tray before removing brownies and leave to cool on a wire rack completely. 

  7. Cut brownies into 16 squares. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
