Pre heat to oven 175c
In a medium sized bowl mash up the avocado.
Roughly chop up your dark chocolate.
Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine everything together until you get a thick batter.
Scoop batter into a grease proof lined small deep baking tray. Bake at 175 for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes in the baking tray before removing brownies and leave to cool on a wire rack completely.
Cut brownies into 16 squares. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
