Easter Chocolate Bark (GF, DF)

Sharing is caring!
Simple and delicious chocolate bark, customised for Easter. Either make your own chocolate using 3 ingredients or melt your favourite kind. Then add in any Easter theme candy and leave to set. You can make this to suit any dietary requirements. I made mine gluten and dairy free.
Sometimes the simplest of dessert are the best. No bake treats can be great especially when it’s hot outside and turning on the oven just doesn’t seem worth it. Make the Easter chocolate bark and add in any of your favourite candy you like.
Chocolate bark is a great quick and delicious gift to give. Simply add any themed candy to melted chocolate and leave to set. Then break into pieces and pop into a decorative jar. Edible gifts don’t get much easier than that.

Make your own chocolate
I have few recipes for homemade chocolate here and here. For this recipe I used a mix of cacao powder, cocoa butter and coconut sugar. Alternatively break up your favourite milk, dark or white chocolate and melt.
Making your own chocolate allows you to adjust the percentage of cacao used. A darker chocolate balances the sweetness of the candy toppings.

Optional add ins
Sprinkles
Mini marshmallows
Shredded Coconut
Popcorn
GF pretzels
Any of your favourite candy or treats.
