As am sure you can tell by now, I love too things in life food wise and that is CHOCOLATE and AVOCADO. They feature quite heavily throughout this blog which isn’t a bad thing in my opinion. Is it a great thing. If you have any ideas or request for some new chocolate avocado creations or any request in general leave me a comment down below.

Now let’s get down to business, these chocolate avocado brownies are delicious and no you can’t taste the avocado in the finished product. Also, if you don’t want to be able to see it either then simply mash or blend your avocado up until smooth and no lumps remain. This is a great way to sneak some healthy fats into your desserts, giving them a gorgeous richness.

Gluten free flours can be confusing at times but lately my go to has been almond flour. Really easy to make yourself or to pick up at the store. I buy either ground almonds which is another name for almond flour. Or whole blanched almonds and then grind them up at home myself. What’s your favourite GF flour to use?

Next up how to sweeten them for this I have been using Natvia granulated sweetener. Which is a natural alternative to sugar. Made from a blend of stevia and erythritol, it’s a great sugar free way to add sweetness to your baking. Don’t worry it doesn’t have any weird or bitter after taste either.

Chocolate time yay! For this I used raw cacao powder and 70% dark chocolate roughly chopped into chunks. I love dark chocolate the darker the better in my opinion. But you can use whatever percentage of chocolate you prefer and can add more sweetener if you like.
